抗议信实行计划(最终版来啦)

事件背景：校报 The Massachusetts Daily Collegian 星期一发表了关于西藏的报道。内容完全的偏袒藏独的一方。文章把西藏人员伤亡归咎于中国军队（文中甚至引用了“arbitrary arrests and killings“的说法）；把藏独分子表述热爱和平，安分守己的人（made their presence clear in a peaceful manner: sitting with their heads bowed, surrounded by candles.）。

语文老大的建议：单纯的签名抗议信效果并不好。美国人很容易认为这是政府或者大使馆指示的。比较有效的方法是大量的，个人名义的抗议信。所以，计划如下

There are lots of evidence showing that that was a riot, not a revolution. You just know one side of the story, but that's not the fact. It's not our own business and there are countries are qualified to judge since it's an open world, and everyone
could speak his own opinion, but I just want you to understand how we feel about this article and our country. Though it's a long story and it's a story involves too much conspiracy we may not know and convince each other, you should let people know more about China, and Tibet problem.

keeping elementary equity is the BASIC JOB of newspaper and media industry. Please interview more people, more imformation, more voices before you write those articles.

Dear Editor:
I was and am very very upset to read the article about Tibetan situation in yesterday's daily collegian. As far as I know, the situation in Tibet is a riot rather than a so-called "parade". The rioters killed so many innocent peoples, one of them is just a five-year-old kid. I don't think any country in this world will allow this kind of riot without any response. I think the one who should be blamed is not Chinese government, it is the RIOTERS! I do not know where did the author get all those informations, and I strongly recommend him (her) to talk with someone from China before writing this kind of article. There are almost one thousand Chinese  students working or studying in UMASS Amherst, I am sure everybody will be very happy to tell him(her) why Tibet is part of China, and what's the real situation in Tibet now.
Again, I am very upset of The Daily Collegian for publishing such an extreme article without further investigations. I believe that gave most of the Chinese students, faculties and staffs a very bad impression of The Collegian Daily.

Recently, I read an
article about <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Tibet</st1:place></st1:country-region>
in your 3/31 daily collegian. I am very surprised about what you wrote on the
report. After finishing the whole news, I really want to ask you: Do you really
know what happens in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Tibet</st1:place></st1:country-region>?
If you just obtain the information from you local media, I think that one old
Chinese aphorism may be useful for you: "listen to both sides and you will
be enlightened; heed only one side and you will be benighted". 
 
The whole Tibetan violence is caused by several rioters, not by the Chinese
Government. Dalai Lama should take the whole responsibility for it, who always
says that they will use peaceful method, not force. Accurately, the riot in <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Lhasa</st1:place></st1:City> this time proves that
he is just a rabble rouser and a political liar who just always some beautiful things
and do some dirty things below the table. A handful of Tibetan, who are stirred
up, first attached the innocent peoples and rape the shops. That is why the Chinese
Government sent the policeman to army to stop the chaos. <o:p></o:p>

in umass. If you have time, you can do a survey within them or to chat with them.

   I am a Chinese student of umass.    I feel very upset and angry about the report. As far as I know, this is not a so called uprising. It is a terrism action in China. What do you think the "Tibetian" assaulted the passangers and common people and just to free them from the peaceful lives and set up them back to the slavery status and war chaos and make China into another "Yugoslavia".     It really  hurts our feelings. 
    I hope  Olympics to be a united, and peaceful party. Why involve it into Politics? Media has power. But if the media lost their fair stand and distort the fact,it will be a powerful evil tool!
