<br>往年都需要waitinglist的，今年随着本科生新的dorm的建成，有了空房，想rent的联系他们office吧

距离campus 走路20分钟，30,31 bus, 5-10分钟到GRC

有个小池塘，景色还不错， 有鹅为证，

顺便吼一声，有没有谁想一起签lease的？我觉得这个地方也还不错的样子。 ：）

赞阳台和落地窗. 我的最爱啊,可惜就是走路上学还是稍微远了点.

现在one bedroom是805-835,按楼层和view分，阳台上直对湖或者草地的，楼层高的就贵835,冬天包heating, 做饭时gas, 夏天有中央空调，如果开的话要用些电。

<P>我觉得presidential近不止一站地啊,感觉走过去还是有点点距离的,尤其是实验室不在GRC的,住presidential的时候还可以走走路,住到那边再走路就有点太远了. 另外presidential 的one bedroom有包heating的房子,我们现在住的就是,比不包heating的贵50/月. &nbsp;我喜欢presidential的最大好处就是离学校近,另外木地板,厨房宽敞(这个很多地方都有),烧饭不用气. 缺点是太贵,没有阳台. 但是brandywine的阳台和落地窗也真的很吸引人,价格看起来也不错,向往有阳台的apt已经n年了... 纠结啊...</P>
