<P class=t_msgfont>本来住boulders，由于boulders涨价，又发现boulders旁边的Mill Valley性价比比较高，所以想找人合租Mill Valley 两室一厅的房子。具体情况如下</P>

<P class=t_msgfont>房子质量好，美观，二楼或三楼，两室一厅，两个卫生间，客厅和主卧有空调，采光好，客厅宽敞明亮，面积大，还有独立的饭厅，室内装修也比较新，厨房内冰箱，烤箱，洗碗机俱全。洗衣房清洗1.25刀，烘干1.25刀，屋内可以使用自己的洗衣机和烘干机，并且有专门的隔间摆放（隔间内有排水管道）。离31路公交站也很近。12个月租期，租金1175刀/月(不包括电费、网费）第一个月租金免500。</P>

看着不错，有两个卫生间， 和自己的洗衣机真是诱惑啊。
boulder涨价了，这个价钱看上去也就不那么贵了。
不过livingroom要小一点吧。
