前辈们能不能把现在各区房租的行情介绍一下啊？

<P>论坛里关于住房介绍的帖子已经是两年前的情况了，现在的情况是不是有了变化了呢？</P>
<P>各位油麦地的前辈们，能否把目前学校周边可以租的房间的情况及房租介绍一下？</P>

Colonial Village的two bedroom9月份起是每月780，只包水。

windfield, 三室一厅双厕所，9月份保持1195/月，只包水

Boulders 新合同 $1010 per month 包水和暖气 其他优惠目前不详

<P>这边的apartment都是没有家具的，除非是到美国人家里去住。不过我觉得没有家具未必是坏事，来了之后自己找一找很容易就搞定了，如果是让房产公司提供家具房租还不知道要高出多少。</P>

<P>Colonial Village的取暖和做饭都是用电，我们家的情况夏天每月电费40－60，冬天100－150，另外网费每个月将近60。</P>

presidential one bedroom明年涨了30块! 825,包heat 包水.
另外还有一种不包heat的,一般都是比包heat的那种少50块.
two bedroom不知道涨了多少,去年好像是930还是950的,记不清了.只包水.

825$ 是今年的价格吧，明年855$?
