周末炖了鸭汤:
一只整鸭
竹笋3根
淡菜一把
炖出来味道不错,可惜太油了。只好放冰箱里冷冻,撇掉凝固的肥油。<br>看来下次炖鸭汤,必须把鸭皮剔干净<br><br>

从健康角度来说,
鸡皮鸭皮吃了都是不好的
不光是容易长肥,而且好像含有大量巨噬细胞(也就是什么乱七八糟东东都被吸收进入的细胞)
不过,猪皮除外,胶原丰富,美体养颜啊:guzhang
