买车遇到麻烦，大家帮我看看吧

<P>今天去看车，试了下能开，车看起来样子也不错，于是就付了100块押金。拿了vin,回来以后才查的carfax，发现车有点小毛病呀。</P>

<P>有两次emission inspection 被fail掉了， 分别在2005年12月，和2006年5月。之后好像又有在06年7月过了emission。但从这次后，carfax上就没有inspection的纪录了。 </P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P>车的价格比kbb上trade in good condition 要低。 是dealer卖的，答应把各种毛病修好，都是些门阿，玻璃什么的毛病。 我有点担心拿回来过不了inspection,上不了牌照。</P>

Dealer卖的，肯定能包过inspection的，甚至于你都可以在Dealer哪拿牌照的。Dealer一般都保1000m/3month的。
而且即使个人哪买的车如果通不过也年检，似乎也可退？不是很确认。

<P>这车以前都在麻州的，现在是在Rhode Island的dealer手上。车上的sticker已经过期了。卖车的人说他们会去做inspection,以后卖给我。不晓得他们会不会真的去做。</P>

从 dealer买还那么多麻烦
不过inspection就别买，让他们修好了再说

有些dealer自己就有修车铺和inspection的服务，想过还不是小事一桩。

开车安全第一，买了个车要是不放心，怎么好好开车？

跑那么远买车，要是中间有个小问题，又跑那么远找过去？

你查查罗德岛有没有lemon law？

麻州是有的，也就是买回来不过inspection，维修费用在交易价格的10%以上，必须包退。

如果我买了，怎么从dealer那里开回来呀？ 大家是怎么上保险和plate的呀？我回来这趟怎么办呢？

Buy insurance before picking up the car

If the dealer provides temporary plate, drive it back with that. Otherwise, get the title first and go to RMV for your own plate, then go to dealer to pick up the car
