A one-bedroom aparment in the luxurious Parkside Place Apartments in west
cambridge is available for short-term stay from May 13th to August 17th.
While the rent is $1700/mon, $1300/mon is asked for the sublease, with
everything included (Heat, hot water, gas and electricity, internet and
cable). The Apartments also provide free on-site laundry and free access to
the fitness club and the club room where you can through a party with your
friends.
The apartment is located conveniently at West Cambridge in the high-end
Parkside Place Apartments, close to the Fresh Pond, the fresh pond golf
course, the fresh pond mall, and the red line Alewife station. It takes 10
minutes to get to Harvard Square (2 miles) if you drive or take the bus. The
75 bus stops at the door, and the 72/73 bus stops are just a few minutes away.
One can park the car on the street outside the building with a cambridge city
parking permit ($8), or use ParKside Place's covered garage.
This aparment is on the 11th floor of the 20-floor building facing south-west.
The bedroom and the living room are both very spacious, with many closets. The
apartment has a very nice kitchen with disposal and dishwasher, of which my
wife (a seasoned cook who is picky on kitchen stuff) speaks highly. We used to
have dinner by the window to enjoy the sunset views, or bask in the "organic"
warmth of sunlight in the winter mornings and afternoons.
The Parkside Place is well maintained and fully staffed, so you don't have to
fix a thing by yourself. In the past year, I only found one small clogging
problem with the sink when I moved in, and the maintainence crew fixed it the
second morning. There is a concierge waiting 24-hour in the lobby to serve
your various needs. Heat, hot water, gas and electricity are included in the
rent. The Parkside Place Apartments also offer other amenities, including free
on-site laundry, free fitness club, and free internet.
