看了记录，大得问题都没有，就是从2004年以后，每年的
年检第一次都是Failed safety or emissions inspection，过几天又有一次记录，
Passed safety or emissions inspection 。
会不会有什么问题啊

雪胎在非雪天开的话，是不是轮胎特别费，还是四季通吃？

registration renew很正常，因为每次registration有效期都只有2年，过了就得renew
color noted as red我估计是这两年的新政策，要求title写车的颜色，我看了很多车，最近一次的registration都有这一条。

oh，但2004年好像没有registration renew,2002年有的，^_^，没什么经验
