killing virus??

i've been to OIT office three times. The macfee anti-virus program  is not running in my laptop. There is a thing called "041464.exe" in my start menu, which keeps deleting the program. It always says that Rundll32.exe is not found, Which means that ,according to what the OIT guy said, the programs is not completely installed.

It's in :

start->program->start menu->041461.exe

The guy tried to delete it, but it keeps coming back every time i start my laptop.

He recommended me to use recovery disk and not to use internet before I do that.

Is there anyone who has ever had the same problem or is able to solve this problem?

麻烦你能不能帮我看一下呢? 因为我自己不是很懂,也不知道到底是什么问题.如果不行的话,我在用recovery disk.
