急: 帮人问opt期间回国的问题

一月回国出差, OPT身份,请问各路有经验的大侠, 在DS-156等表格中填写的在美国的信
: 息是仍旧写学校的联系方式信息还是现在雇主的信息. 另外还有两个问题,
Do you intend to work in U.S?
Do you intend to study in U.S ?
应该怎么回答啊

The liaison minutes of NAFSA with the DHS elaborates the following policy of
the DHS:

If the OPT is approved but the EAD has yet to be issued, the OPT can leave and
reenter the country to resume looking for a job.

Once the EAD is issued, OPT cannot reenter the U.S. unless the OPT has (1)
already had a job offer or (2) commenced employment before departure. In these
cases, DHS will allow the OPT to reenter for the purpose of either taking the
offered employment or resuming the employment.

说想工作不好，因为工作的有效签证是H1,用f1重新入境不太好。

Economics, graduating in August, but already applied OPT and got the EAD card.
nothing serious, common questions, about 3-5 minutes. No questions regarding
OPT.
actually, there is a problem with my SEVIS info, the latest I20 is not on the
SEVIS, anyway, the visa officer  in Shanghai ( a lady with 亚麻色 hair) gave
me the visa, even she knows that the I-20 info is not correct.

Just an example, assess your own risk before going home.
