when you buy LCD/Plasma TV, please make sure you try to watch standard 4:3 TV programs. Many HDTVs show terrible standard TV pictures or even some DVDs. Unfortunately, you might spend most of your time watching those which are not HD's for the time being. So don't get attracted by low price, make sure the picture is good for both definitions.
