到现在没拿到insurance card怎么办？
要去另一个医院看病，但是现在还没有拿到insurance card
他们要求必须提供保险的证明
怎么办？
我该向谁催？
我在校医院看病的时候虽然被问到IC的事情
但是我说我还没有拿到，而且是umass给我做保
所以就可以过关
但是这次好像不行了
必须要提供IC了
求助！

You should call UHS and ask them issue a card asap. I think they may contact chickering to issue a card. You should also ask UHS if they can provide any proof for you to go to another hospital if you can't wait that long for the card.
