To edit your email settings, go to the Settings tab, click ‘Preferences’ and look under the ‘My Voicemail Notifications’ section. Note that if you dial your GrandCentral number from one of your forwarding phones (and it's marked as a ‘Cell’ phone), we'll automatically connect you to your GrandCentral voicemail (no PIN required).
