between Washington, D.C. and Beijing, China. Starting March 28, 2007
traveling from the east coast to Beijing and visiting places like the Great
Wall of China or the Forbidden city, is just a nonstop flight away from
Washington, D.C., Dulles airport (IAD).

For a limited time, to celebrate our newest China route, enjoy these special
airfares.  Also, when you purchase and fly roundtrip on a qualifying United
flight between the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin
Islands, and Beijing or Shanghai, you can earn:
10,000 bonus miles for United First (F,A booking classes) or United Business
(C,D booking classes)
7,500 bonus miles for United Business (Z class) or United Economy (Y,B,M,H
booking classes)
5,000 bonus miles for discounted United Economy (Q,V,W booking classes)

Fares do not include a $3.40 per flight segment tax. A flight segment is
defined as one takeoff and one landing. Fares do not include the September
11th Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement at a U.S. airport or Passenger
Facility Changes of up to $18, which may be collected depending on the
itinerary.   All international fares are subject to U.S. arrival and
departure taxes and agricultural, immigrations and customs fees of up to $41
. For travel to some countries, additional airport, transportation,
embarkation, security, and passenger service taxes/surcharges of up to $140
will apply depending on destination. For return travel from some countries,
fares do not include airport and/or departure taxes of up to $36, which may
be collected by the foreign government.
