做蛋糕的模子问题
做light cream cheese cake买的那种脱底不沾的,但是需要隔水加热,结果里面总是水汤汤的,不知道是模子脱底的进水还是水蒸气从上面进去了的原因:cry:
我是不沾脱底模+外面包锡纸,放在大盘水里烤的,隔水加热是这个意思吧?:han2

it should be ok if you wrap it with foil. Maybe you need to wrap more carefully.
But I normally put the water in the lower rack and the cake in the upper rack.
