Report: Van Gundy to Leave Rockets
According to a report in the NEW YORK POST, and expanded upon by ESPN.COM, "Saturday's Game 7 loss to the Jazz was the last for Jeff Van Gundy as the Houston Rockets' coach ... Citing an 'impeccable source,' The Post reported that Van Gundy is leaving NBA coaching for the forseeable future. According to the source, Van Gundy's decision isn't based on the first-round series loss to the Jazz."

Saturday's Game 7 loss to the Jazz was the last for Jeff Van Gundy as the Houston Rockets' coach, according to the New York Post.

Citing an "impeccable source," The Post reported that Van Gundy is leaving NBA coaching for the forseeable future. According to the source, Van Gundy's decision isn't based on the first-round series loss to the Jazz.

Van Gundy wouldn't discuss his future when asked in the postgame news conference Saturday.

"All that stuff next year is for another time," Van Gundy said. "Tonight is about obviously a hugely disappointing result.

"Guys had a tremendous regular season and a great group, and we didn't play as well as we would have hoped in the postseason."

The Rockets have missed the playoffs just once in Van Gundy's four years with the Rockets, but Houston has also failed to make it out of the first round each time.

Van Gundy is 430-318 as an NBA coach. He has a 44-44 postseason record in guiding the Knicks and the Rockets to the playoffs.

In 1999, he became the first coach in NBA history to guide an eighth-seeded team to the NBA Finals, where the Knicks lost to the San Antonio Spurs.

His winning percentage of .590 in New York ranks only second to Pat Riley (.680) in Knicks history.

姚明经常龇牙咧嘴的做痛苦状，为什么受侵犯的时候不一个肘子挥过去。 人奥尼尔都知道，裁判判你犯规一次， 下次你还这么做， 裁判迟早会习惯的。

昨天最后几个关键篮板姚明也有责任。
我现在的感觉是姚明有变数据男的趋势。一个中锋有着后卫的命中率。。。。。无奈啊
这么说姚明是因为太失望， 对于tmac之类的， 俺啥都不说了，他们爱干嘛干嘛去

唉，还是看勇士的比赛吧
那比赛打的，可是相当的解气啊
要快有快，要慢有慢
三分球扔的比姚明的两分球还准

现在老姚的数据，就失误一项是蹭蹭的张啊
其余的呼呼的调
想想刚进NBA的时候，可以说是大梦之后灵巧中锋第一人啊
真是伤心悦目
现在球一到了老姚手里俺心里就害怕

姚明不是奥尼尔的身板， 偏要用奥尼尔的打法。
为啥不能试着偶尔拉到外线搞一搞
姚明朝内线一顿，两个人包夹， 篮下立刻满了， 突破都没法搞
