现在还能申请牙医保险吗？

第一次牙疼，才发现牙医保险的重要性。问题是我好像没有申请那个保险:cry:

yes, you can enroll now.  Go to [url]http://www.uawdental.org/[/url] and input your info.  Print out the last page, sign and date it, and then drop it off in GEO office asap.  

We need around 1-2 weeks to process.  In the meantime, you can make appt first because normally you won't get an appt in 1-2 weeks.  

You can enroll vision plan at the same time as well.

When you make the appt, tell them you are covered by Delta Dental.  

BTW, you need to be GEO eligible for the dental, i.e. working at least 10 hours/week in assistantship in spring semester.  If you want us to process your application faster, bring a copy of your assistantship contract, so that our dental administrator doesn't need to go through the verification process.

谢谢，我已经印好了，本来打算寄出去，是不是直接送过去会快一点？

直接送到GEO办公室（campus center和student union交界处）
顺便带上你的salary contract， 这样会使你的application过程快很多
我上次弄眼睛的， 第二天就能查到了
现在马上就跟牙医make appiontment

yes, it's in Student Union 201.  Next to Craft center and Hatch
