最近在加拿大renew US 签证的是不是都能够在1天以后拿到呢

for Quebec City, yes. I got mine the next day around 11:00am, just took a few minutes.

My experience says yes.
My appointment was 9:00am and I was asked to get my passport back the next day afternoon.
