基本的vision plan配眼镜流程啥样？

我和lg都要配眼镜，都配frame的想。很多菜问题

1。预约的时候，是不是说 eye exam for frame glasses就行？
2。如果都在校医院搞定的花，这个医生和配眼镜的是一方吗？是eye exam完说我选个镜框配就行了，还是医生只开个处方，去别的office或者doc配？
3。我F1，lg的 好像当初选了入vision plan，但是没有入health insurance，配眼镜copay是一样的吧？
4。看到说还有另外的试镜子的要pay，不cover，这个是怎么回事？

时间比较赶，我们现在的vision plan是cover到七月底是吧？

- Don't quite understand, do u mean eyeexam for contact lens and follow up?  That needs more copay, members pay up to $55

- If you graduated in May, your coverage will last till end of June.  Use it asap.

It will expire Oct 31.

又有问题了，我怎么没找到我的eyemed id card
怎么才能知道自己到底当初入没入呢？我lg的状态呢？
虽然我记得我是填了表的，但是实在不相信我自己的记性啊……
