有人收到被withdraw的那部分麻州州税了吗？

那时候办退税后，联邦税退了，但是麻州的税 说是什么审查（随机的，不少人被抽到的吧），让我们再寄些材料到个什么地方，才给我们退，暂时给我们withdraw的。
我到现在还没收到那部分税，也不知道去联系谁了。
有人收到吗？

我收到了，给我调整数目以后寄了支票

我也收到了，比原来的还略多几十块钱hoho
打电话去问问吧，不过多半不会有确切的回答

of course. You pay taxes with all of your earnings....

the corporate office says that with F1 visa, i'm exempt for taxes during intern. what will happen if i didn't pay taxes.

hmm...that's strange...Supposedly we have $5000 tax exemption for being a chinese F1 student, but I thought you would have to pay anyways and get back our money from tax returns? I am not sure. Don't take it from me, I am probably the worst person to ask for tax advice

是可以免一部分吧，但不是所有的，等你的W2来了看看就知道了

Your corporate office is wrong

I called Mr. Yam from International Office who is supposedly taking care of international students especially for CPT & OPT issues. He told me that with OPT status, I don't need to pay any federal tax e.g. Social.

I just remembered when I filled in the W-4 form, it has two choices which says that i'm tax exempt.

That's Social Security and Medicare, in condition that you are still non-resident alien. You are not exempt from Federal or state INCOME tax
