本周的太极拳活动

因为我们的老师要离开一个月
我们商量以后决定从本周起由我来教大家杨式24式太极拳
我当然没有我们正式的老师对太极拳那么精通
但考虑到我们的学员大部分是没有什么基础的初学者
杨式24式太极拳也是普及型的比较简单的套路
所以我教大家招式还是可以的
这样等他回来的时候我们就可以跟他学习更深入的细节和技巧
他也会有更多的时间教授陈式太极拳和推手
所以我们还是周六上午10点 groff park
计划是复习上次学的：
1、起势
2、左右野马分鬃
3、白鹤亮翅
我们争取学到第8式：
4、左右搂膝拗步
5、手挥琵琶
6、左右倒卷肱
7、左揽雀尾
8、右揽雀尾
有书或者视频资料的朋友可以自己先看看
给自己一些感性上的认识
明天早上 我们不见不散:happy

顶一个，明天上午去跑5000米接力，学不了太极拳了

It's crazy these few weekends.  This Sat, I'll go to a friend's babyshower, and next Sat, I'll have GEO work to do in a conference, and then the Sat after I may be ok, but there is a chance that we need to go to Boston.  

BTW, the babyshower only starts at 11am, and it always happen that people go late.  How long do u THINK it would take?  It should be ok if I can leave at 11am.

要广告一下，太极挺好玩的，mumu教得很不错。对菜鸟太有耐心了……

Thanks mumu.  I'm bad in coordinating left and right, but mumu is still very patient.

一开始总是那样的
练一段以后就会发现自己身体的协调性和和动作的稳定性都会好很多
我是有切身体会滴
