问关于网络的问题
comcast的那个19.99的offer是不是要已经有cable的用户才能享有的？
我输入自己的street后网站就问我是否有cable，选了没有，然后就说要$33一个月了。
还有，办手机一定要SSN吗？

I don't know the answer to the former question
To the later one, If you deposit 400 or 500 bucks to the mobile plan as an assurance, you do not need to use the SSN to open it, and I am considering this way presently.
PS: I can not input the Chinese in the lab

yes, you need to have basic cable. which is something like $13/month.
So unless your $33 price does not include basic cable, this is the cheapest you can get. Let it be.

我打了很多电话给Comcast,没有SSN是不能选择网上的promotion的。
打电话不可以预约网上的各种套餐，他说他们看不到具体的东西。
所以，我就安装了最basic cable+网络，等有了SSN再换套餐
