關于p2p軟件！~~~

omg，剛才收到一封學校的郵件，關于p2p軟件的
Policies on the use of  KaZaA, LimeWire, Gnutella
                    and other high-bandwidth programs

偶先昏死一下，這些除了Gnutella我都米有聽說過，更表說試用了。。。

然后偶想問一下，這里可以用emule,迅雷，bt嗎？偶的是學校的寬帶。。so。。主要是學校的信說的滿可怕的：

         for lawyers and fines.  This is far from a trivial problem.

    我想用我的小驢子啊。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。還有一張德語歌米有下完。。。555555

这个问题我也有，不知道使用bt的后果有多严重

Students at Amherst College, Mount Holyoke College, and UMass
  have been sued by the RIAA in 2004/2005.  It can happen to you.

怕怕ing。。。。。。。。。

In April 2003, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) filed lawsuits against four students at the following schools: Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) [two individuals], Princeton University, and Michigan Technological University. Apparently, no warnings were given before the lawsuits were filed.

越看越怕怕。。。。。。。。。。

emule is fine
from my experience, people w/ BT get caught all the time
emule is prolly the safest one out of all of them

我在学校里从来不用,要用都是在家用的. 而且基本都是down一点中国的东西和日本的动画片日剧什么的,美国有版权的东东基本不去动他们. 还是小心一点好.

不管你用什么软件，最重要的是要限制upload的个数和速度
如果你用default的设置就会很容易有很多人从你这里download
这样你就是散播非法软件影像的罪魁祸首了
枪打出头鸟，当然抓你啦

还有就是学校系统管理一般都设了monitor bandwidth的程序
如果谁的bandwidth用得很多，也就是upload给很多人
自动就把你网络切断，你就等着被办吧

所以只要你限制upload速度，虽然下载得慢点，至少不会被抓

down中国的东西不会被mpaa抓，但如果你用的bandwidth多，还是会被学校网管掐线

我说了从来不在学校用p2p啊.
