Apartment available from Nov. 1
Post this for a staff in our department
I am looking for a person to rent the room I currently live in
beginning November 1. The person can rent until January, and stay if
they wish for the following semester. It is a room in a quiet house
in South Amherst, on Pondview Drive. 4-5 other people (mostly grad
students) live there currently. It is sort of a duplex type house,
the lanlady lives on the other side. Let me know if interested. The
cost is $425 a month but I would let the months of November and
December go for less because of the small demand for those months.
The room has a half bath. It is a nice place to live, but I recently
purchased a home.

I'm insterested in it. Is it ok if I rent it from 13th Nov. to 30th Dec.?
