Triangle Family Dental真黑呀

我早该听劝在那个印度女牙医乱收"instruction fee"时就取消deep clean的约，但我懒得麻烦，就想着将就吧，哪里还不一样。原定今天早上9点，昨天他们打电话说改到10：45，心里不舒服但还忍了：不就晚一点吗。
nurse想让我一下子全deep clean完，但我听同事说他们的都是分两次，每次1个小时，就只做了左边的，另约下周去洁右边的。没想到呀这个印度女牙比别的牙医速度都快，15分钟不到就把整个左边“洁”完了，都令我想念4年前在国内给我花了1个小时仔细洁牙的那个甜甜的护士。然后就交了今天我该自掏的100美金。但还没付那个指导费，因为打电话给benefit administrator反映这个问题时，她建议我问问牙医可否drop掉。我于是问了，印度女牙立马怒目圆睁：服务了想不给钱? It's not negotiable! Iｔ吼道。
郁闷回家，决定找个periodontist做剩下的一半，于是去电话问可否拿到ｘ－ｒａｙ的copy, 他们说一会儿回电话。后来印度女牙回了，说，来拿ｃｏｐｙ可以，带上４７美金的指导费外加２０美金的ｘ－ｒａｙ复制费！　我顺便问她为什么我的深度洁牙那么快，她怒了，“别诋毁我的技术！”she yelled, and I lost my temper, "stop yelling at me, you fucking dentist!" I yelled back! 然后砸了电话！
天哪，学了这么多年的英语，我第一次用它骂人。现在怎么办呢？...真气愤呀。
没ｘ－ｒａｙ别的牙医不会给洁的吧？要不要发到mailinglist上提醒大家？

还有查一下你的单子是deep clean,还是quadscaling, 前者是免费的，如果是第一次的话

我问了credit card customer service, and was told that they cannot undo it since I have authorized the dentist to charge the fee.
Also, I have asked Benefit administrator Leslie and she told me that deep cleaning is not free.
Delta pays 80%.

实话说，还在不解中，除了最后那忍无可忍的一句爆发，我一直挺友好的态度，可为什么那个印度女人就没个好脸色？也好，不然会被收取”微笑费“。
郁闷了整个下午。

deep clean 有一个一生一次的免费的，你要是第一次用这个dental服务，是酱紫的

我觉得最好的办法是BBB了，记下这个dentist的名字，直接发上去，最解恨了

那你就应该态度强硬一点

It 压根儿就不让你argue.
做梦也没想到自己会被逼到用粗。

what will BBB do for us consumers? I checked the website and they requested a fillout of the company information so that they can contact it. So what they will do is to contact yayi? will that be helpful for the consumers? of course that woman will deny bad service charge?

都没法静下来写明天该交的报告。
算了，还是先去冲冲凉，平静下来完成工作再说。心疼这郁闷过去的一下午。
真心向大家讨教：除了好freei 的好建议外还有什么好主意。

好主意！ 有deal机票推荐吗？it的总charge在保险前700多刀呢，够往返了。

Again, become an informed customer.  Ask before they do anything in your mouth and bring the GEO benefit sheet so that they know you are careful.  The most frequent question I ask is, is it included in my insurance?  Look at my own GEO benefit sheet and ask them which one service they're giving me.  Tell them that I would only be willing to do the procedures listed in this list.  They are willing to call delta dental to verify uncleared info if you insist on making it clear before the procedure.  Ask for pre-estimate in case you're not sure about the total fee, esp for big operation.  It's our right, so don't hesitate to demand clarity.  

The dental benefit is actually very good if we can use it carefully.

不怕您笑话，我第一次去时就是带着benefit sheet去的，说明了我只是想洁牙，他们说要先照x片，我查了保险cover就做了。那护士在给我照片的过程中问我是怎么洁牙的，我当她给我闲聊以让我放松呢，就放松地有问必答了，谁想到那个是要收“指导费”的呀。已经很小心了，可是奸商是防不胜防啊。

不知道如果先付了$47instruction fee+ $20duplicate fee以便拿到x-ray， 然后去bbb是否可以将那乱收的费要回来？有没有谁知道什么地方可以投诉伊？
我想去试试跟it印度女吵吵不知会否让自己安慰点。不过it 压根不让你argue, it只高声贝地恐吓你。可能拿it没办法，吵不过it的。 :mad

我上周是去Amherst Dental Group的，感觉那里还好。我第一次在美国看牙，照了X光，让医生检查了一下，看看没有蛀牙等等。这些都是保险包的。我本来也是想去Triangle Family 看的，后来打电话给Mandy咨询了一下，她说那里要X-ray要20刀，我就没有去了。幸好。你也转到amherst dental算了。

If I were you, I will not pay that "instruction fee".  BTW, do you remember which teeth they said you have tooth decay?  If you remember, you can just go to another dentist and tell them and ask them to do silver filling for you.  I tried it once, 1st advantage dentists are willing to perform the silver filling for me without the x-ray.

我当然不愿交纳冤枉钱哪。可我今天另约了牙医，接线员说牙医一定是需要full-mouth x-ray的，如果不交$69 给Triangle那个黑心老印，我就得自掏$179在他们那儿重照。明天去交钱拿copy,心里真忍不下这口气呀，吐血中。

Which dentist did you ask?  Maybe you can try asking more dentist and see who is willing to do the filling for you without x-ray.  I tried the 1st advantage, and it's ok.  You should remember which teeth though.
