UMASS amherst 什么专业好？

我今年12年级~~SAT考了1110（1610），明年想读UMASS AMHERST（应该）够分吧。。。~~~不过不知道UMASS AMHERST什么专业好。。是不是不错啊？？有点想报computer science ,.给点意见啊。。

现在还有1600的SAT么？
CS不错

有啊。。2400 SCALE的话。。。~~不过我还是怕~~我VOC 只有400.。。~~·

UMass Amherst has a strong CS graduate program, big in AI, Information Retrieval. Big companies like Google and MS comes to recruit 2 times a year. What other schools are you considering? We can tell you whether those schools are a better choices.

but I think he's asking about the undergrad program...

I know. But all the up-side about our grad program also applies to the undergrads too, since I am not familar with the ranking system for undergrad.
Strong grad program usually (not always) means high quality professors. Lots of research programs usually means undergrads have lots opportunities to work on state-of-the-art research projects. Good companies coming through to recruit also benefits undergrads as well.

the main problem i considering of CS is whether CS is good 4 me..~~u kno, CS changes too often. if a programmer is over 30-year old, he/she cant even find a job....~~da s wat i heard from others, i havent asked someone who is working tho. '
although i have appled 4 colleges, i only want to get in umass amherst~~finance is the problem.....T_T
