A bedroom in Boulders will be available from end of
May (I will move out around 24th) to Aug 15 (when the lease ends). I can leave
some basic furnitures if you need, otherwise I will empty the room.
The rent is $285 (currently I pay $333) + utility.
There will be nobody in the living room in summer, and the couple in the other
bedroom will be gone for 1.5 months. That means the whole apartment will be
empty for one month and a half, perfect for someone who likes a quiet place to
stay. Male or female are both ok.
