SUMMER RENTAL AT SOUTHPOINT
I have one fully furnished bedroom available for the three summer months beginning June 1 and ending August 31 at SouthPoint Apartment complex.
The room is part of a two-bedroom apartment all fully furnished which you will share with another female (who has a full-time job nearby and leaves early in the morning and back late in the evening).
The apartment is on an UMass Bus 32Route which runs every 15 minutes from 6:58am till 11:50pm during summer break each day and is surrounded with wonderful grasslands.
Your room consists of a Full bed (large); desk, end-table, lamp, wall-to-wall closet, and of course, the usual sheets. And it is quite and clean in which you can enjoy your study as well as have a good rest.
Utilities will be shared equally with the two of you (If you would like to use internet and cable-TV already in the apartment, you have to share the fee with your roommate). I'm asking $350 per month(I pay $500 a month currently).
