如果有美国人的捐款，我们只以CSSA的名义恐怕不大好吧。

黎明跟我说过的一个idea是在每个department里面都设立一个或多个donation box，这样范围面会更广一些。大家觉得呢？

捐的钱就是要赶快换成食品、药物、衣服、帐篷等物资尽快运过去，等到一个礼拜后，就只是救济不是救命了。

捐款活动会尽快进行。所捐款项如何使用不受我们支配，该款项也可用于灾后重建。
