Surveillance Video Captures Hartford Hit-and-Run

Hartford Police investigating a hit-and-run accident involving a pedestrial found on Park Street last Friday have released surveillance video
of the accident. Police say 78-year-old Angel Torres is in critical
condition, paralyzed from the neck down, after he was hit by a blue or
black older-model honda.

Police say an older model tan Toyota appeared to be
chasing the Honda when the two vehicles ran a red light at Main Street,
turned left onto Park Street and traveled in the wrong lane on Park
Street, where the honda hit Torres.

Police are asking anyone with any information about
the accident or the suspects to call Detective Michael Chauvin of the
Crime Scene Division at 757-4229, or CSD Commander, Sergeant Jason
Thody at 860-757-4225.

美国城市警车密度真高啊... 1分钟不到就到了现场...

I bet it's a very bad neighbourhood.

people were hanging around without stepping into the scene for quite a while, that poor guy could be run over again by the coming traffic.

but I am sure he will survive, I saw his head moving up and down a bit.

Let's hope so. but if that guy is 78..... lots people that age cant even recover from a simple fall...

Then again, from the way he walked, he doesnt seem that old....
