这个我应该就不用管了吧。

不用惊慌，很简单

把你办好的文件，复印一份即可

2). A copy of your pay stub issued by your employer. .
就是你的工资check

3). If an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) was used for anyone listed on the return, including dependents, please submit a copy of the letter issued by the IRS to verify the number(s).
你有家人申请这个ITIN 号么？ 如果单身，这个应该不用管了。

那我是不是只要把Form1弄一份+工资check就行了

当初寄给我的那些表格我没有留复印件

你怎么现在还在弄税表
我的州税被抽中审查之后都拿到手快一个月了......

Form1就是指你用来申请联邦退税的表格
如果你是去找志愿者填的话，手边应该有一份他们复印好备用的

我去年还找Whitmore Human Resources的人打了一份全年的工资单出来寄给他们审计处，结果人最后退我的超过志愿者为我报的。
