I am a male postdoc working in the Umass. I have a living room in a 1 bedroom apartment to rent from this July. It is very quiet, pretty and clean. The apartment is close to Umass campus within walking distance and on the bus route. The monthly rent is 400 dollars including all of the utilities (heat, hot water, internet and cable). The rent including all of the utilities is about 920$ per month. 400$ for a living room might be kind of expensive. But if you do not have a car ,or if you do not want to waste time at the bustop, I think it is not a bad choice.

400如果全包了，也还不错，考虑到puffton非常靠近学校
