that's a ten thousand dollar question, Mandy should know it; but just as an analogy, under our health insurance (I mean health insurance, not dental), anything that's cosmetic is not covered at all.

I don't have the details on hand, but if it is for cosmetic, it should not be covered. For more details, I suggest you to look at the delta dental plan sheet, which I will try to put onto the GEO website over the weekend. Or you should call Delta dental.

I've got the details on hand now. I don't think it covers 牙齿整形. If you provide the English name of 牙齿整形, that would definitely be helpful. I'll try to scan the detailed plan and put it up here so that you can take a look.
