Because of tenants association and GEO's effort, we get the higher speed internet in family housing at last.

North Village implementation is already completed, and Lincoln will be completed by the end of next week.

I've heard that the speed is fast. Around 3000kbps down.

For testing your speed, you can go to www.speedtest.net and use NYC for the test.

But I've also heard that some tenants still have trouble in the connection. Can you give some feedback here, and see what we can do?

People with problems can call OIT help desk if it is OIT's problem. And I hope that there can be some volunteers living in NV, as a community, to help your neighbor out as someone may not be that familiar with the connection procedure, .

Mine is 1090 Kb/s for downnload, and 1244 Kb/s for upload, according to the speed test.

不过我的电脑显示的速度是10Mbps，我上传照片时候的速度大约在 50-100 Kb/s 之间, 比拨号是快了不少，不过还是没有俺从不知那个邻居的无线router接收到的快，呵呵，只能算是low speed internet，不知道有没有办法提速。

有人需要帮忙的话，我倒是可以提供一点信息。

Good to know your speed! It'll be helpful to gather more data from different tenants to see if OIT would help.
