This happens if:

1. You haven't enrolled online
2. You did enroll online, but you didn't print out the last form and sign it and hand it in GEO office
3. We missed your form, and you need to sign the form again for us to process.

I may not have time to check for you in GEO office tomorrow. Best and quickest way for you is to call Jeremy Brown at 534-7618, so that he can look you up in the system.

I cannot access to that database.

I pressed the wrong button. Wanted to quote but pressed the edit key.

I called Jeremy, it turned out that there is a mistake in my form..
he changed it, and it went through. I can use the insurance
without the card
