You don't have to retake GRE. I applied this year when my GRE already expired. I still got in.

不需要GRE但是这边的统计master确实一般不给奖。不过你可以今早申请tuition waiver，一般能申请到

关于admission好不好拿，偶个人的感觉是，这个系招人有点奇怪，比较倾向于招已经在系里选过课的人。如果一边在系里上课一边申请，成绩过得去，而且不要钱的话，admission就没问题，但是如果没选过课，可能悬点，不过如果以前背景比较强应该就没事。

I suggest you meet some professor in person since you are in MA. It will be helpful.

By professor, I mean the one in charge of admission affairs.
Usually it is the Graduate Advisor who takes care of this, but in some departments, the professors take charge of it in turns. They are called Admission Coordinator or something like that.
You should ask them. I don't think any student here will answer your question precisely.

工作了为什么还来统计master啊，干脆phd好了，phd才好找工作呢，pay又高。不然你读了两年书再去找工作，pay跟以前差不多，多郁闷
