I definitely see your point.

I suggest a second administrator so that our folks can still benefit alot from your experience and expertise, while you won't be overwhelmed since you now have a hand.

It is not too big a deal whether the new one is male or female. Is it?

这个。。。所谓男女搭配，干活不累，是吧

不是我性别歧视，女生一般对车的热情还是相对没有那么高的。我期待的新版主应该对于买车，开车和修车都要有一定经验的。DIY是个脏活累活，没见过几个女生自己做这个的
