刚收到一位朋友发到我邮箱的信。好想forward给所有的人，但不知这位朋友会否介意，干脆copy过来reinforce那个印度女牙的黑心。（另外，办公室的一位同事一听Triangle Family Dental就骂那Woman dentist是个bitch! 他说那女人是个money digger!）

Sorry that I cannot type Chinese since I'm in the lab. I had similar experience with Dr. K. She was extremely quick in general cleaning and wanted to charge me more than $100 for a diagnosis that I never felt she did. Before I realized there was a bill, I left thinking that my dental plan would cover everything. Then she called me and yelled at me saying that I was like a thief trying to escape from payment etc etc. I was really upset at that time. I then called the GEO dental plan mediator, Jeremy Brown, complaining about this. He was not that helpful but he called Dr.K, though he never got to talk to her. I guess maybe Dr. K realized that I have some organization backing me up, so she never sent me a bill.

Now I believe you can do the same thing: Talk with Leslie and ask her to negotiate with Dr. K. You may be able to get away with the bill as I did. You have to fight with her. She is one of those dentists trying to take advantage of her patients whenever she can. I don't think she deserves the 100 dollars you paid, let alone the 67 dollars she wants. I know how quick she is. What she cares is just money, not your teeth.
