This is called the morning symptom a.k.a. as v-belt noise. Low temp. causes rubber to harden thus less traction/ friction. It usually will go away after the engine warms up. If a squealing noise comes out everytime you turn the steering wheel, then it is the power steering pump belt. Likewise, it comes out when a/c is on, then a/c compressor belt. If you don't want to get your hands dirty, go to Walmart buy a spray bottle of belt dressing then spray on the belt contact surface. However I am not a big fan of this quick and not-so-dirty solution. I highly recommend buying a set of simple hand tools to tighten the belt(s), and do all kinds of maintainace work around your car. Get your hand dirty!
