two bedroom apartment available in Boulders apt from late january 2008

A bright and spacious two bedroom one bathroom apartment in Boulders apartment complex will be available from late January 2008. Current lease will expire on the end of August 2008. We would like to find some people to take over our lease. Starting date is negotiable.

We got discounted price ($853 per month) from the full price ($975 per month) when we moved in. If you take over our lease, we are glad to transfer this discount to
you by paying to you the discrepancy. Heating is covered by the rent. You will need to pay for building insurance ($10 per month available from the apartment) and electricity.

The apartment is on the bus route 31, easy access to UMASS.
