The apartment is within walking distance to mom's house. It is close to bus 30 with the bus station just downstairs. 10 minutes drive to campus. Laundry is in the same building downstairs. Plenty of parking spaces.
The room is furnished with a table, a TV stand, a TV, two shelves, a chest cabinet and a bed.
Rent is $280 per month plus utility (TV+Internet+Electricity, total around $40 per month, less in summer). You will live with two nice guys, one in the other bedroom and the other in the living room.
