- On bus line
- Apartment is well-maintained and you are gonna be living with a male graduate student
- Rent: $405/month (that what we are paying right now, negotiable)
- Electricity: $20-$30/month (in winter time it's gonna be a little bit high)
- Cable: $5-$10/month
- Internet: Free w/ cable subscription (comcast rebate trick)
