【八阕】美国著名导演斯皮尔伯格表示，他将辞去北京奥运会艺术顾问职务。他指责中国没有做出足够努力，结束苏丹达尔富尔暴力。斯皮尔伯格在一项声明中说："我已经决定正式宣布停止参与北京奥运会开幕式和闭幕式的艺术顾问工作。"

他表示："苏丹政府对于正在发生的暴力负有大部分责任，但是国际社会，特别是中国应该做出更多努力，结束达尔富尔地区的人间苦难。"

他说："我曾不断做出努力，鼓励中国政府利用其独特的影响力，使苏丹达尔富尔地区实现安全和稳定。"

中国是苏丹最大投资国，也是苏丹最大军火提供方。苏丹生产的石油60%销往中国。

联合国说，过去四年己经有20万人在达尔富尔冲突中死亡，200万人逃离家园。

斯皮尔伯格表示："我的良心不允许我继续象平常那样工作。"

他强调，"目前，我的时间和精力不能放在北京奥运会的仪式上，而是应该尽全力帮助结束达尔富尔地区发生的难以言状的反人类暴行。"

好像前两年就发生过类似的事情了吧!也是这老头,因为反共拒绝来华.其实他这样做倒也没什么,每个人的信仰和理想都不一样.但"中国"一而再,再而三的跑他那里找气受实在是太没必要了.

- I doubt it, he is Jew, Jew is very good at making money. Directing in Beijing Olympics would bring him lucrative contracts as well as huge personal fulfillment and gratification. Yet California in large and Hollywood in particular, is very liberal, he had to choose between the gains and losses.

- I think Spielberg did the right thing by saying No to the Chinese government, not just because of the Sudan issue. Human rights are being violated in an extremely extensive scale everyday in China, from big cities to small rural villages. Government like this doesn't deserve the privilege to hold Olympics.

Very controversial topic...

But I personally think, among all the excuses, Darfur is the least convincing. The whole time U.S. and EU didn't do anything about situation, except international pressure, and they know very well that Sudan is not responsive to any international pressure anyway. All they were trying to do was to push China to do something, but at the same time they are the ones with the military force to make an impact on something that worths while for military actions.

政府行为和个人行为不能一概而论
美国不见得有多民主让百姓能干预政府的决定，和中国的百姓一样

我觉得表达个人政治倾向没什么不对的

斯导也是从两方面考虑的

我可没说谁对谁错,他爱干什么是他的事,但过去拒绝过中国,这次中国大可不必再邀请他,他也没必要答应了再在关键时刻翻脸.
要是觉得他这样做show反北京奥运很无私很高尚就吱一声呗!
